Course Description and Purpose:
Sociology grows with society and within it, producing knowledge about the processes of social change and the accompanying phenomena. This science creates the necessary conditions for interventions to the extent that it manages to describe, analyze and interpret the function of the society,. This course presents the key concepts and theories produced by the efforts of various philosophers to interpret transformations of society in the past, and to illuminate the key features, factors and direction of current developments. Specific theoretical and practical problems of sociology are also presented.
