(a) To understand the concept of positive law and to distinguish it from related concepts, such as natural lawand morality.
(b) Be aware ofthe rules for determining the applicable rule of positive law.
(b) To determine the meaning of the state.
(c) Describe the various sourcesof legal rules and their adoption process.
